Bukit Merah, Singapore CO Wealth Advisory Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and cold calling efforts.
- Engage decision-makers and key stakeholders in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and overcome objections to secure appointments for our sales team.
- Document all interactions and lead information accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively articulate value to prospects.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and confident with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and techniques is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
