**Responsibilities**:
- Execute equities and bonds in various local and foreign exchanges for bank and brokerage.
- Assist clients with all trading and settlement issues involving payment and collection.
- Manage internal and external clients on account related enquiries (including corporate action and equities transfer) from all channels.
- Perform trade reconciliation, investigation and dealing matters.
- Order and trade monitoring for bank and brokerage.
- Plan and support UAT, Regression and LV.
- Review clients’ credit limits.
- Plan and implement process change to align with regulatory changes and new product launches.
- Manage and support events (seminars, webinars and customer education programs).
**Requirements**:
- Degree Holder in Finance, Business or Accounting preferably with 2 -3 years of relevant work experience.
- Additional certification such as CMFAS is preferred. Certificates required are CMFAS Module 1A, 6 and 6A.
- Team player with good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Able to work on different shift hours and public holidays.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Understand and adhere to banking and regulatory requirements.
- Capital market knowledge will be an advantage.
