As a Content & Production Specialist, you will develop and produce compelling brand, product and campaign content to engage stakeholders and consumers across a myriad of different platforms and channels. You must have a good grasp of current design and production tools and can develop content and/or related production work from concept to execution, meeting deadlines and budget.

Development and execution of all design, digital content and production are the basic requirements of the role, with the following responsibilities:

- Works closely with the team to understand brand/ campaign objectives and contribute to strategy and planning with creative and innovative ideas
- Produces and creates content for brand and product campaigns (graphic design, basic photography, basic videography, and simple motion graphics)
- Explores new ways of content development and production to engage stakeholders and consumers across social networks and traditional channels where appropriate
- Organizes, coordinates and/or conducts basic photoshoot and video shoot where necessary
- Assists with all production and project administration e.g. budget creation, timelines, briefs, related performance reports
- Assists with tracking production costs where relevant
- Assists with sourcing external videographer and/or video production agencies to collaborate - where applicable
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Production and/or related fields, with minimum 1 to 2 or more years of relevant experience in content creation, development and production
- Working knowledge of professional design & editing tools such as but not limited to Adobe Premier Pro, InDesign and Photoshop
- Knowledge of technological, media and cultural trends
- Basic understanding of social platforms and non-traditional brand communications
- Committed individual who possesses good interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills, with an aptitude towards learning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Office Located in Malaysia**

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
