**Quantitative Product Development Engineer (Trading)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in the development and maintenance of equity and futures products, ensuring consistent improvement in online service quality through technical solutions, and take responsibility for the reliability of live trading.
- Collaborate closely with researchers to enable various strategies, regardless of type or scale, to operate efficiently in live trading and generate substantial returns.
- Conduct research and integration of programmatic trading platforms, including implementing and deploying microsecond-level software solutions.
- Optimize the performance and latency of trading and order execution systems across dimensions such as computation, storage, networking, and hardware.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field from a well-known domestic or international university, with over 2 years of work experience.
- Proficient in Linux operating systems and meet at least one of the following:a. Skilled in C++ and one scripting language.
b. Skilled in Python 3 and one statically-typed language.
- Familiarity with production and iterative processes for online services, along with techniques for improving service reliability.
- Experienced with best practices such as Git, code review, and CI/CD, with a strong focus on tool-building and excellence in execution
- Experience in maintaining large-scale, highly complex, mission-critical products.Strong system design skills with expertise in performance, reliability, and availability.Hands-on development experience in any of the following areas: operating systems, databases, storage systems, or distributed systems.
