A leading quantitative trading firm is seeking a Python-focused Quantitative Developer to join its global development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on trading infrastructure and strategy tooling that sits at the intersection of software engineering, data, and front-office trading.

What this role offers:

  • Build and enhance core components of the firm's algorithmic trading, backtesting, and data systems
  • Work directly with traders and quants to deploy, support, and iterate on production strategies
  • Develop high-quality, well-architected Python code using modern software engineering practices
  • Contribute to the design of scalable frameworks with clean architecture and cutting-edge tools
  • Be part of a collaborative, cross-regional engineering team with exposure to front-office decision-making
  • Opportunity to explore modern technologies and influence tooling used across the trading stack

Ideal for developers with strong Python skills, and a background in quantitative systems or real-time trading environments. Knowledge of C++ or C# and experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices are valued.
