**Job Overview**:
The Chef de Partie will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in planning, organizing, and delivering food service within their designated kitchen section. You will ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards while maintaining a smooth workflow within the team. This role requires multitasking, efficiency, and strong communication skills.
**The Chef de Partie**:
- Oversees a section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.
- Works closely with team members to ensure smooth coordination and communication across all kitchen operations.
- Provides support during busy periods by multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Takes responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given timeframes.
- Addresses any issues or discrepancies that may arise during service, such as equipment malfunctions, ingredient shortages, or guest complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
Pay: $2,900.00 - $3,500.00 per month
