**What will you be doing?**

As a Migration Service Engineer, your role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, developing detailed migration plans, and executing migration activities based on specific requirements. You will collaborate closely with agile development team members to ensure the successful completion of migration projects.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Communicate and align migration requirements with clients**
Collaborate with clients to gather, understand, and align migration requirements effectively.
- **Develop a comprehensive migration plan**
Create a detailed migration plan based on the requirements collected, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- **Collaborate with remote R&D and QA teams**
Work closely with remote R&D and QA teams to ensure that migration tools and scripts meet the defined requirements and align with the migration plan.
- **Perform hands-on onsite migration activities**
Execute onsite migration tasks to ensure successful and seamless completion of migration activities.
- **Gather information and conduct preliminary troubleshooting onsite**
Collect relevant data and perform initial analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting during onsite migration.
- **Coordinate with agile team members and clients**
Maintain clear and consistent communication with agile team members and clients throughout the migration process.
- **Document migration processes and prepare workshops**
Write detailed documentation, such as migration plans, and organize workshops to outline the migration approach.

**Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include**:

- Basic understanding of modern software architecture and the ability to interpret technical documentation.
- Background/experiences in any migration project is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with working in agile development teams is an advantage.
- Strong task planning and organizational abilities.
- Highly energetic, motivated team player, able to work under tight timelines and pressure to participate in digital transformation journey.
- Good interpersonal skills, resourceful, take ownership.
- Organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
