The Site IT Engineer provides specialized support to IT Administrators and contractors within the assigned region, offering expert advice and resolving complex issues related to PC's, laptops, servers, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, security, and networks.
**Job Description**:

- Provide L1 and L2 technical support for up to 200 users, ensuring timely communication regarding progress, issues, and improvements.
- Resolve computer software and hardware problems in accordance with Group IT policies and standards, emphasizing root cause analysis and knowledge sharing to prevent rework.
- Maintain and support network and regional systems for process automation and local databases, addressing needs such as safety incident registration and compliance.
- Drive improvement of IT systems and processes, contributing creative and innovative ideas to site management.
- Lead on-site end-to-end projects within the region, ranging from infrastructure upgrades to core service changes, with varying complexity and duration.
- Represent multiple sites and offices, attending meetings, reporting findings, and implementing solutions independently.

**Requirements**:

- Degree
- Familiar with cyber security principles and best practices
- Must have strong L2 technical support experience within manufacturing industry
- Have managed manufacturing site control room system and troubleshoot hardware issues
- Proven strong experience in network & server experience with CCNA certification
- Certificates:

- Microsoft Fundamentals (eg. Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals);
- ITIL v4 Foundations;
- Cisco CCNA
- Show interest in and be aware of latest trends in IT.
- Fluent business English and local-language speaker.
- Comfortable to work in a multi cultural environment with IT contacts all over the region.
