**Responsibilities**:
- Job Description- Responsible for accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system for invoice creation and updating new suppliers‘/ customers’ details
- Handling of purchase orders and supplier invoices while ensuring the accuracy of all data and information as recorded
- Record and arrange scheduled jobs accordingly
- Timely update of reports
- General administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good command of English (read and write)
- Able to communicate English & Mandarin in view of business communication with the Mandarin speaking associates
- Able to multitask and a team player
- Able to work under pressure with good adaptability and initiative
- Minimum NITEC/HNITEC, Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
- 5.5 days’ work week
