Regional Freight Manager

Oversee regional business growth
- Develop and execute centralized reporting strategies to enable Global Inter-Regional Freight Spend visibility and metrics
- Serve as the Global Inter-Regional partner to core team member in business planning cycles and sourcing events with Operations, Finance, etc.
- Drive Freight Payment process compliance with Logistics Service Providers
- Partner with Operational Teams on Cost Improvement Initiatives through spend reporting and visibility
- Partner with upstream partners to provide spend and performance visibility

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree is required
- A minimum of 8 years overall business experience is required, preferably with a focus in Transportation Freight Payment & Settlement, E2E Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, or other related area preferred
- Knowledge of global transportation industry and freight forwarding network with experience with freight payment and settlement providers required
- Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally with a customer focus
- Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Past experience managing projects and system roll-outs
