**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Welcome the customers (students and parents) and visitors.
- Recruit new students, and make registration.
- Selling pianos and music books.
- Collect fees (tuition fees, instruments selling, books selling etc.) from customers and make proper record.
- Lesson schedule management, include arrangement and maintenance to keep the schedule up to date, clear and effective.
- Maintain attendance record for students and teachers.
- Website, social media maintenance.
- Events preparation, include concerts, competitions, masterclasses and other events.
- Routine cleaning, to keep the classroom in a welcoming environment.
- Paper work, include documents maintenance, documents drafting and design, marketing materials design and so on.
- Attend school meetings.
- Other works arranged by the director or manager.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Must be patience and nice.
- Good communication skill needed.
- Be responsible and able to work in a team.
- Need to work on Saturday and Sunday.
- Applicants must be willing to work in the east area.
- Experience in music school or have piano playing skill will be an advantage.
- English and Mandarin speaking required. Multilingual is preferred.
- Working experience in Receptionist or Sales preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: From $2,150.00 per month
