**About Us**:
**Pro Trim & Style Na is one of Singapore's award-winning & leading Korean Hair salons which has been run for over 20 years.** Our hair salons are located islandwide in Singapore**:3 branches of Pro Trim** at Ngee Ann City, JEM (Jurong East), Causeway Point, and **2 branches of Style Na** at Parkway Parade and Compass One.

**About the Role**:
You handle all inquiries & bookings from customers and store operation. Receptionist must work shifts for 6 days a week including weekends. (1 day off on weekdays)

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome & greet customers including walk-ins
- Perform receptionist duties at the front counter as followings:

- Answer phone calls and arrange appointments
- Manage loyalty program(top up/redeem cashback, packages, and vouchers)
- Update customer list and assist with payment
- Handle inquiries and complaints from customers
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counter and waiting areas
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred (not essential)
- Spa/Aesthetic/FMCG experience preferred
- Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- English and Chinese speaking
- Able to work shift and on weekends (1 day off on weekdays)

**Salary and Benefits**:

- $2,000 - $3,000/month (open to discuss)
