**HVAC Commissioning Engineer**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules in collaboration with project teams.
- Plan and organize commissioning on-site, ensuring the weekly monitoring of operations and progress points.
- Ensure that commissioning schedules are adhered to
- Guarantee the quality of commissioning
- Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, such as equipment inspection, functional tests, and performance checks.
- Coordinate and support commissioning technicians (internal or subcontracted) on each site (Singapore and Overseas)
- Participate in meetings with the client, particularly on aspects related to planning and technical issues.
- Manage the commissioning resource mobilization schedule (internal and subcontracted)
- Facilitate communication between commissioning teams and share feedback with the design office.
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports, including test results, performance metrics, and system observations.
- Maintain and update system documentation, including operation and maintenance manual, tests certificates, and inspection records
- Provide leadership during project closeout and the transition to operational phases.
- Participate to the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) in our vendor factory

**What sets you apart (requirements) ?**
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing & commissioning on Oil & Gas project.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and manage relationships across multiple departments.
- Strong technical and practical expertise in Mechanical & Electrical systems and services.
- Chinese’s speaking will be a plus
