**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Deliver Green Belt, Black Belt trainings, Agile & Project Management and worked in building Quality DNA across the organization.
- Design and roll-out continuous improvement roadmap for various business verticals and regions.
- Conceptualize & drive low code development platforms for micro improvements. (Power Automate, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.)
- Conduct clinics, workshops, to help staff build their automation solutions using the low code platforms.
- Implement FMEA for the high risk processes by working with Governance departments.
- Lead transformation workshops, review value-added and non value-added activities, implement Lean practices.
- Review processes and identify process improvements for OPEX Green Belt, low code automation, AIML, etc.
- Design & roll-out Data Analytics, AIML training for different levels of organization

**Skills Required**:

- Overall 15 years of experience and at least 8 years of experience in Process excellence, Six Sigma trainings, transformation roles.
- Master Black Belt certification in Six Sigma, Project Management certification.
- Understanding of Power Platforms, Azure cloud platforms.
- Experienced in Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, Python scripting.
- Experienced or understanding of Machine Learning & AI tools & techniques.
