**Position Summary**

**Essential Functions/Core Duties**
- Efficiently convey the management's vision and priorities to all relevant stakeholders within the company.
- Assist in developing and comprehending QSC's product and technology vision and roadmap, while ensuring that QSC's go-to-market and business strategies are well-matched.
- Ensure that every function in the Southeast Asia region is led by a unified and cohesive vision and shared priorities.
- Grow and increase revenue and profit margins from QSC's Sales Partners in SEA Asia.
- Drive all business development planning including building a sales/revenue plan for SEA Asia Market.
- Deliver agreed results, including product mix, and focus within budget.
- In conjunction with product development, the teams participate in market research, competitor, and customer surveys.
- Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance.
- Monitor and report on activities, and provide relevant management information.
- People management in:

- Direct sales activities within the assigned areas, set expectations, provide mentorship, prioritize efforts, and hold the team accountable for building pipelines and executing each phase of the sales cycle.

Coach the Sales / Business Development team to uncover new opportunities and demonstrate the differentiated value of QSC solution.

**Education**

Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or similar discipline from a top-tier school; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

**Experience**
- 10-20 years of experience in the Southeast Asia region, with 5+ years in management roles within the region in the IT or AV industry
- Proven track record of leading successful strategic growth initiatives and demonstrated ability to manage operations and teams in the Southeast Asia region

**Independence**
- Strong sense of ownership and ability or desire to work independently
- Expert communication, change management, and listening skills
- Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, negotiating skills, and analytical thinking
- Team player, personable, empathetic, and diplomatic
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
