The staff nurse is part of a multi-disciplinary team in the clinic to deliver team based care for patients with differing needs.

**Key accountabilities**: - To provide direct patient care such as dressings, treatment procedures, vaccination, injections, administration of medication, based on nursing standard operating procedures.
- Provide basic stabilisation and triage to major cases within a nurse’s capabilities
- Able to provide precise and accurate documentation for patients seen
- To be able to communicate with both medical staff and client regarding clinical information
- Conduct nurse counselling for care management
- Support coordination of new services and development of workflows
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned with on-job training provided if deemed suitable

**Qualifications & Experience**: - Diploma in Nursing and recognised by Singapore Nursing Board
- Has a valid BCLS & AED Cert
- Meticulous and Independent personality
- Prior experience working with Geriatrics or at Polyclinic settings will be advantageous
- Prior experience overseeing a clinic will be advantageous
