**Job Summary**
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled **Service Sales Engineer**to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our service contract and spare parts sales, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring strong, long-term customer relationships. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical background and a passion for sales and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive the expansion of service contract sales by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Prepare and provide quotations for standard spare parts and service-related offerings.
- Recommend equipment upgrades and value-added solutions based on customer needs.
- Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts and progress reports.
- Ensure timely processing of service jobs and purchases, including accurate order capture, invoicing, and fulfilment.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive service sales growth.
- Undertake other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the company as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical sales or service-related roles.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and engineering schematics.
- Independent, proactive, and a strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is required.
