**Job description -**
- Provide tech support solutions to clients and able to think out of the box
- Troubleshoot and Solve all IT support/tech support to clients
- Feedback and Work with software developer team if necessary on IT support/tech support
- Respond to technical support hotline queries
- Guide customers with good customer service on their IT Support/tech support queries
- Configure and software setup for projects
- Conduct training and tech support for clients
- Assist the Solutions and project team in tech support
- Perform any other assignment/duties as assigned
