**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**

**1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the company's goals and target audience.
- Assist in creating marketing strategies that foster long-term digital connections with consumers.
- Generate innovative ideas for content marketing to engage the audience and promote the brand.
- Continuously update and enhance the user experience on the company’s website to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Design and produce marketing materials and proposal kits to support various campaigns and initiatives.

**2. Cross-Collaboration**:

- Identify and leverage opportunities for cross-collaboration among different internal business units to amplify the impact of marketing efforts.

**3. Market Research**:

- Conduct thorough research on market trends, target audiences, competitors, and the consumer journey to inform and optimize marketing strategies.

**4. Marketing Automation**:

- Drive user engagement, website traffic, and conversions through the use of automated marketing processes.

**5. Social Media Management**:

- Plan and execute a digital social media calendar in collaboration with management to ensure consistent and strategic content posting.
- Manage content and oversee the company’s various social media profiles to maintain a cohesive brand presence.
- Respond to reviews and inquiries on social media platforms to foster positive relationships with the audience.

**6. Partnerships and Outreach**:

- Lead efforts to establish partnerships and collaborations with other brands and digital platforms for enhanced branding and marketing opportunities.
- Host and manage visits from overseas delegates.
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of internal and external company events.

**7. Miscellaneous Duties**:

- Perform any other duties assigned by the management as needed to support the overall goals and functions of the marketing team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Passion for marketing and technology.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: From $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
