**Shift Supervisor**

**Salary**: SGD 3000 - SGD 3500
Working Hour:
*Morning: 7AM - 3PM
*Afternoon: 3PM - 11PM
*Night: 11PM - 7AM
Location: Tuas Crescent
- Execute day to day safe operation of 105 KTPA PS compact and finished goods packaging operation.
- Responsible for the smooth and safe operation of PS Compact, Utilities and Packaging lines.
- Responsible to ensure product are produced within quality specifications.
- Execute production planning & follow up daily & planned maintenance activities in the shift.
- Troubleshooting & take appropriate corrective actions for Compact and Packaging line in the shift.
- Advise/perform segregation for out-of-spec quality product.

**Job Activities**
Loss Control:

- Follow good safety standard & zero accident with high level of housekeeping on site.
- Participate in the daily tool box meeting with shift team
- Participate Monthly Group Loss Control Meetings
- Reports all Near miss and incidents & perform Stop & participate Task Observations on field observation
- Perform risk assessment, critical task analysis and take corrective action/measures based on field observations.
- Participate & Feedback on REX (Return of Experience) & communicate with the team members
- Perform DCS safety by pass on consultation with SSI & Production/Process Engineer or Duty Manager.
- Participate in the field for Planned General Inspections in PS Compact, Utilities and Packaging lines compact.
- To improve the safety culture by ensuring compliance to standards & procedures, encourage the team to improve safety performance, promote risk awareness & involve the team to work safely while executing the task in the field.
- Site incident coordinator Control room (DCS & plant process safety) participate plant emergency response.

**Day to Day Operations**:

- Ensure smooth and safe operation of PS compact, Utilities and PS finished goods packaging operations in the shift. Shift Supervisor works very closely with Superintendent & Technicians including site.
- Responsible to take corrective action to control the process within safe operating window.
- Ensure that the equipment’s are in good working status and to raise maintenance work requests to rectify if necessary.
- Act according, to the production procedures, work instructions, and daily orders, ensures the smooth operation of the PS process & packaging production lines regarding safety, output and quality.
- Suggest corrective actions for continual improvement.
- Ensures the equipment before release to the maintenance all safe work procedure are taken before authorizing & ensuring that the maintenance procedures are well respected, especially regarding safety.
- Responsible to initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the compact & bagging operations.
- Review & feedback on the work instruction in consultation with the shift team.
- To perform any other task assigned by Production Engineer & his deputies for field activities to follow up.
- Checking/Submission of SOL for Compact and inform any discrepancies due to Liner.
- Update daily raw material consumption & consolidate for month end closing.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology with other equivalent technical certificates.
- Working experience in petrochemical industry will be advantageous.
- General knowledge of chemical process and production.
- Good interpersonal and communications skill with computer literate
- Hands on with highly driven, motivated and have good initiative to organize & prioritize
- Must be able to work 3 cycle shift
