**This position is for PaxOcean Group, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.**

**Position summary**
- To supervise the night shift security operation together with agency security team, such as
- vessel crew movement, resident, and common contractors’ movement.
- To plan and organise the night shift security patrolling.
- To response and proceed to Kian Teck dormitory in case of any emergency at night-time.
- To attend the vessel in case of any emergency and security incident.
- To liaises with night shift duty officer and HSE duty officer on any emergency and security incident.

**Tasks and Respo**nsibilities**
- Ensure professional discharge of Security duties and resolve any conflicts arising out of performance of duties at the lowest possible level.
- Responsible for ensuring all Security personnel have been properly orientated, constantly updated of yard policies and procedures.
- Ensure all Security personnel in supervisory position and can cover the duties of the Security supervisor in his absence.
- Assist Security Supervisor for daily Security operations and issues, if any.
- Maintain strong operational control skills, maintain good relationship and teamwork with outsourced Security officers and liaise with outsourced Security provider to resolve deployment & disciplinary issues.
- Ensure regular yard inspections and periodic vessel inspections as scheduled.
- Conduct regular checks of dormitories of employees and subcontractors and external locations under Security control.
- Assist to Security Supervisor for Security drills, plan and lead in emergency response based on business and safety requirements.
- Ensure to control and supervise outsourced Security officers job scope, take immediate corrective action wherever necessary in Security operations.
- Prepare ID card/Gangway & Confined space passes for yard employees and Resident Contractors.
- Maintain office door access system, providing door access for new employees ID card and replacement ID card for existing staff.
- Monitor yard CCTV footage and report to Supervisor in any breakdown in the CCTV Cameras.
- Attend ISPS Security declaration compliance for new vessel arrival.
- Ensure to complete daily Security operations paperwork and update.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Security industries.
- Preference to have shipyard/Marine sector security experiences.
- WSQ Security Supervisor certificate.
