**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, manage and maintain overall relationship with the client, providing an holistic client experience
- Develop new business with new and existing UHNW/ HNW clients, spending a great proportion of time focused on bringing in new clients and new assets, building and sustaining long-term relationships
- Perform continuous market analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities
- Proactively identifying client lending / financing needs, involving lending specialists to further develop the opportunity
- Conduct in-depth client discovery to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences
- Meet annual goals / budgets set by manager for self
- Market a full range of Private Bank products and services in a diversified manner to existing and new clients
- Maintain communications with clients to assess their needs and risk profile, advise on appropriate investment mix
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment specialists, product experts, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients
- Monitor client portfolios, perform regular reviews, and proactively identify opportunities for portfolio adjustments or investment recommendations

**Requirements**:

- Solid network of HNW and/or UHNW clients in the Greater China market is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 of relevant wealth management experience for Vice President and at least 10 years of wealth management experience for Director and above
- Solid understanding of investment products and strategy for UHNW/HNW clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin (depending on the market coverage)
- CPWP (Certified Private Wealth Professional) and CFA preferred
