We are currently seeking a proven Sales Leader to join our passionate and high performing team members in South-East Asia and India, and light the way for their continued success. This is a chance to make your mark and help develop and enhance an established and successful team, selling a leading solution in a rapidly growing market.

The Regional Sales Leader will lead the growth of Archer’s business across South-East Asia, Greater China, and India, with overall responsibility for leading the local sales team, ensuring customer success, achieving bookings targets, and capitalizing on further market share within given countries.

Enterprise solution sales experience is critical, and experience in Risk Tech, Compliance Tech or related disciplines (e.g. cyber, supply chain) will be highly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The role holder will report directly to the Archer Sales Leader / GM / VP for the Asia-Pacific Region and will have overall direct and/or matrix responsibility for the sales resources across ASEAN and India:

- Lead a team of Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Hybrid sellers to maximize revenue opportunities across the region with a laser focus on employee, customer, and partner satisfaction
- Qualify, drive, and deliver incremental business opportunities underpinned by exceptional operational excellence
- Develop a best-in-class sales team who are laser focused on driving growth through a combination of net new Logos and developing existing business relationships
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent
- Build a strong talent pipeline for the future
- Coach and develop with an agenda of personal growth and continuous improvement
- Focus on customer satisfaction and insisting on delighting customers through delivering value both in the short
- and long-term
- Develop the team - from growing team members that are new to sales, to enriching tenured team members for maximum performance
- Providing strong sales leadership to ensure our teams are inspected, goaled, measured and held accountable for deliverables and KPIs.
- Setting clear expectations and accountability within your team, for example around opportunity inspection, territory/account/opportunity planning, forecasting and SFDC hygiene
- Lead the sales organisation to go higher and wider in their accounts and seek out net new opportunities across the Archer portfolio
- Assess development gaps to provide the right level of learning intervention for success
- Drive, meet and exceed quarterly balanced business results while building a long-term sustainable business to deliver revenue and market share growth
- Lead change initiatives in response to a changing competitive and economic landscape
- Build highly effective business strategies and tactical execution plans based on customer requirements, market trends, competitors’ presence, and allocated budgets
- Generate new and innovative ways to accelerate Archer’s business in the region
- Remain current on medium
- and long-term risk and compliance technology marketplace trends and help adapt our business accordingly
- Be an integral part of the Asia-Pac and Global Leadership Team, working collaboratively, sharing, and inspiring innovative ideas, sharing success cases and best practices
- Inspire and motivate others through well-executed communication with highly relevant content that energizes the audience

**Required Qualities & Experience**:

- High integrity individual who can demonstrate leadership, transparency, and candidness
- Understanding of the Integrated Risk market and able to translate this into a winning formula for Archer in country/region
- Experience working in India, South-East Asian and Greater China markets
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing teams within and beyond your own management structure
- Self-starter with the ability to think strategic but get hands-on when its needed
- Enterprise Software sales leadership with multimillion $ ARR targets
- Proven track record as a demonstrably successful sales leader with the ability to execute through others
