**RESPONSIBILITIES**
In line with Gardens by the Bay’s Smart Gardens vision, you will be part of the team which will build new digital technology capabilities and processes to strengthen our Gardens’ operations and overall guest experience.
You will be required to facilitate and collaborate with internal and external partners on appropriate digital technology for trials and proof-of-concepts.
You will also work on the procurement aspects and ensure the successful deployment and technology adoption to serve our Gardens’ needs and requirements. The areas include the following and more.
- Visitor and Security operations such as crowd management, remote surveillance, and visitor ticketing cum admission
- Facility management such as smart lighting, smart bins and smart energy
- Visitor experience that includes visitor journey through app, web, chat etc
- Consolidated operation dashboard for operational purposes and management’s view
In addition to the above, effective stakeholders’ facilitation and cross-functional coordination are essential. Good writing skills especially in new technology requirements and specifications will contribute to the success of this role. While looking across the organisation to modernise with technology, the ability to contribute in tool and process innovation will be good to have.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Computing or any discipline with minor in Computing related areas
- 2 years of experience in operations technology or digital experience technology management preferably in attraction/destination sector
- Proven work experience in the space of UI/UX, App or Web
- Able to lead and work in changing environment and requirements
- Good team player and able to communicate effectively cross departments
- Innovative and value-creation mindset
