**JOB SUMMARY**

Job entails providing a comprehensive support to day-to-day operations of human resources by ensuring the efficient delivery of training, recruitment processes, HR policies and procedures, payroll administration, labor relations and staff welfare.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Administers HR policies and procedures for all company personnel, assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Conducts recruitment for all exempt and non-exempt personnel, write and places advertisements. Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules. Work with respective managers to develop job description for new hires, and update existing job description for any changes, as required.
- Collaborate and consult with hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment plans designed to meet their business objectives through the acquisition of talent.
- Create and execute recruitment processes consistent with the company’s goals and business objectives.
- Coordinates and liaises with external consultants/ HOD on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.
- Participates in staff meetings, taking of minutes and attend other meetings and seminars.
- Maintains compliance with local laws and regulations concerning employment.
- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed.
- Keep abreast of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Central Provident Fund (CPF) regulations.
- Involves in annual manpower planning and expansion.
- Organizes corporate events such as employee’s birthday, company’s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Monitor and report the department QHSE objectives and performance to the QHSE Manager/ MR and management on a monthly basis.
- Ensure planned training are carried out.
- Work with the team to achieve QHSE objectives.
- Develop, advice on and implement policies relating to the effective deployment of personnel within the Company.
- Ensure that the company employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience.
- Keep respective managers informed of any new policies and regulations by MOM, CPF and other statutory boards.
- Understand and anticipate current market trends, and their effects on talent acquisition and retention.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees. Administers/ maintains training records of all employees.
- Work with the managers to train and develop employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer's business goals.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Diploma or Degree preferably in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration discipline or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR practice.
