**Job Scope**:

- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostic & repair/service of vending machines, payment systems and equipment in the field.
- Perform set-up, programming & testing of newly installed H/C Cup vending machines in the field.
- Perform refrigeration/compressor, ice maker modular replacements in the field if required.
- Perform preventive maintenance, PM-QC for H/C Cup vending machines when instructed.
- Support Workshop Technicians on repairs when needed & situation requires.
- Assist with shifting of vending machines in the field as & when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness of assigned company vehicle & ensure proper maintenance or servicing are carried out when they are due.
- Ensure company vehicle, Tools and equipment issued are accountable, properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Ensure required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are worn and strictly follow safety rules/guidelines of our customers.
- Assist with minor facility repair work like electrical/plumbing/aircon servicing when required.
- Willing to work overtime if there is an urgent need/requirement. i.e. tender fulfilment, special project or urgent breakdown of vending machine.
- Assist Field Technical Supervisor & ensure that the Field Technical Team are operating in an efficient and effective manner. All customer complaint requests must be executed & fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Stand-in/Cover for Field Technical Supervisor during his absence.
- Train/Teach new Technicians (OTJ) to install, trouble-shoot, repair & service Vending machines, payment systems and equipment.
- Assist Field Technical Supervisor & ensure that the Field Technicians follow & comply with all WSH regulations & SOPs.
- Assist Workshop Supervisor with spare parts sourcing/searching from pending scrap Vending machines. Carry out testing with these used parts for vending machine troubleshooting/ recovery in the field.
- Assist to inform Workshop Supervisor/Manager when any spare parts/ sundry items require re-ordering.
- Assist Field Technical Supervisor & ensure that all Field Technicians sign-out and record drawing-out of spare parts/ sundry items from the engineering store in a proper manner. Vending machine asset number and purpose must be provided/recorded.
- Assist Technical Director/Manager with any new vending projects.
- Assist with any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Department Supervisor/Manager/Directors.

**Requirement**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in **vending machine repair**:

- Must have Singapore class 3 licence
