**Roles & Responsibilities**

Are you passionate about craft beer, number crunching and business accounting?

Thirsty is a craft beer company on a mission to make craft beer accessible for everyone. We make it easy for people to explore and discover new beers by bringing the world of beer to your doorstep and creating fun and engaging craft beer experiences that bring people together.

As someone who will be taking care of our books and finances, success in this role means:

- Keeping proper, compliant and accurate records of our accounts.
- Timely, clear and insightful reporting of our financial data and performance.
- Prudent operation budgeting, cash flow and financial planning.
- Improving the efficiency of our accounting processes and finance functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivables.
- Payment processing and bank reconciliations.
- Payroll preparation and processing.
- Accrual and fixed asset accounting.
- GST and tax preparation and filing.
- Expense tracking, operation budgeting and cash flow planning.
- Monthly closing and management reporting.
- Annual financial statements preparation and insightful analysis.
- Administrative, corporate secretarial and statutory compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in accounting, finance and spreadsheets.
- Able to clearly present and translate accounting and financial information in layman terms.
- Prior experience with Xero is a plus, but not a must.
- Prior experience with e-commerce or import business is a plus, but not a must.
- Disciplined, organized and meticulous.

Monthly salary: SGD 3,500 - 4,500 depending on experience.
