**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

1. Overall Project Management
- Oversee, lead, and supervise research assistants
- Manage the execution of the project according to plan (i.e., adjust for changes, identify and mitigate potential risks)
- Draft and prepare documents for clearance

2. Overall data management, data analyses, and dissemination of research findings
- Conduct literature review, monitor implementation of project, and perform data collection, management, analyses (with interpretations and explanations), etc
- Lead in data collection, clarification and analyses
- Lead in preparing, translating project results to policies and programmes for stakeholders
- Present written reports or presentations to funders and stakeholders
- Draft and prepare manuscripts, abstracts and presentation for publications, conferences, funders and stakeholders

3. Other responsibilities and secretariat duties
- Minutes taking during meetings and timely sharing with team members
- Liaise with funders, stakeholders, collaborators and participating partners to establish good working relationship
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer and Leadership

4. Professional development
- Attend and assist with group meetings, chair and/or present at the meetings when necessary
- Assist in the planning and implementation of SSA activities as assigned
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer or Leadership
- Attend CPH meetings and events when necessary
- Prepare and submit reports e.g., monthly KPI tracking as required

5. Self-development
- Attend CPH/SSA endorsed training/workshops/seminars so as to develop relevant knowledge and skills

**Requirements**:
1. Educational qualifications
- A recognised Masters degree in Psychology or related research

2. Knowledge and experience
- (preferred) Experience in clinical settings and/or working with/in SSAs will be an advantage
- 3 or more years of relevant large scale research experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in leading a team of researchers
- Extensive research experiences in using implementation, evaluation, measurement and data sciences to support research projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (e.g., Advanced Excel) and statistical programmes (e.g., SPSS, AMOS, R)

3. Other qualities
- Strong leadership qualities, abilities and experience
- Strong interest in early childhood, early intervention research
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong administration, planning, time-management, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong analytical thinking in unpacking complex issues
- Conscientious and meticulous
- Able to problem-solve and provide creative and innovative solutions
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and tight timelines
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with others as part of a project team
- Able to work with diverse stakeholders and funders
