**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reports to Finance Executive
- Responsible in invoicing related work.
- Responsible in handling financial accounting (month end closing summary report, Monthly GM report, Quarter and Annual Financial Reports for the division.
- Translate Financial Reports and other operational documents presentation (powerpoint)
- Interprets meeting and video conference with Japan HQ and division as well as suppliers and customers.
- Perform ad hoc assignments.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma Holder in Accounting/Finance.
- Good command of Business Level Japanese and English with JLPT certified N1 (speaking, listening, reading, writing) as required to interpret & translate in accounting & finance term.
- Good in using Microsoft Excel, powerpoint, accounting system.
- Ensure finance task to be completed on schedule.
- Able to cope with stress during busy financial period.
- Effective Communication skill, positive, polite and proactive.
- Mature, innovative and meticulous
