**Your key responsibilities**:

- Together with Business Line Compliance, Central Compliance Control and Risk Units, Compliance Controls Testing, Legal, Anti-Financial Crime and other risk functions, coordinating the management of material regulatory requirements, inter alia, through:

- Advocacy/advisory of all regulatory compliance issues in relation to Deutsche Bank’s activities, via internal compliance policies; procedures, communications, monitoring and training programmes
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and emerging trends, the introduction of new products/services, as well as their implications from a regulatory/reputational perspectives (in coordination with Business Line Compliance);
- Active participation in the Compliance Risk Assessment and development of a Compliance Country Annual Plan;
- Promotion of risk Culture within the Bank;
- Framework for tracking of all major / significant regulatory communication;
- Framework for tracking of all major / significant legal and regulatory developments - in coordination with Country Management; and
- Participate in ad hoc Compliance projects from time to time
- Internal key clients group: Business Lines and Infrastructure Groups (e.g. Finance, Risks, GTO, etc) in Singapore.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum 5 years Compliance experience within banking
- Strong Compliance risk management experience and knowledge, with good foundation of local regulations/laws
- Experience working for regional or international bank in a compliance position with demonstrated record to influence and facilitate decision making process
- Good command of spoken and excellent written English and able to manage challenging business conversations
- Team player and able to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the 3 lines of defense.
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and can multi-task based on work priorities
- Solutions driven and persistent in dealing with issues

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
