**About the role**
The Product Marketing team propels Revolut into new territories by accelerating market penetration and driving localised adoption. Working with Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, Growth, and just about any other team you can think of, our world-class Product Marketers help adapt and launch jaw-dropping products, then show off how beneficial they are to millions of people.
We’re looking for an ambitious Product Marketer to spearhead our strategic market expansion, establish Revolut as the go-to financial app in new territories, and communicate the positive impact of Revolut to build customer trust and accelerate local success.

**What you'll be doing**
- Immersing yourself in understanding specific local market needs, customer behaviours, and how our products are functioning across diverse, rapidly expanding markets
- Leveraging feedback loops, market intelligence, and competitive analysis for extracting data-driven, actionable insights that inform local product marketing strategy and adapt global plans
- Leading the development and execution of effective launch strategies for features in new markets, ensuring local relevance and compliance
- Crafting market-specific value propositions, formulating clear messaging and positioning, and briefing creatives
- Working with Data and Ops teams on building and leveraging attribution models to demonstrate the impact of Product Marketing initiatives on key business metrics within APAC
- Building scalable marketing automation systems and workflows supporting rapid expansion efforts, ensuring efficient and repeatable marketing operations across diverse markets
- Proactively communicating performance updates and recommending course corrections to stakeholders, taking ownership of specific business metrics beyond just campaign performance
- Monitoring industry trends and predicting business market shifts in new geographies before they impact our business, identifying opportunities and risks for strategic adaptation
**What you'll need**
- Experience in either B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for Revolut’s products
- Deep knowledge of diverse local markets and the competitive/regulatory landscape in fintech or payments
- Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams
- To have been recognised for generating highly original ideas
- Experience setting the standard for creative excellence while maintaining brand integrity, balancing creativity with performance requirements
- The ability to test bold creative concepts and scale winning approaches
- A solid track record in consumer marketing and an understanding of various channels (in-product, digital, PR, offline activations, etc.)
- Advanced analytics skills for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent proactive communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and project management skills
- An exceptional eye for detail and quality

- Experience in a hyper-growth tech company, with a focus on market entry or international expansion
