We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.

We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

**The role**

As part of our vision to spread the mission of Love, Bonito and become the largest women’s lifestyle mono brand globally, you will be responsible for building our physical retail stores. Leading the retail design arm, you will oversee the Retail store from ideation to construction and delivery through co-creating and partnering with other departments to deliver high value retail stores that are aligned with strategic objectives.

You have a love for all things built and tactile - forms, materials, textures - with a natural finesse for spatial design, colours and composition. You’re adept at bringing to life interior design, store window concepts, and experiential brand activations that will constantly engage, delight and inspire our customers, because our customers are at the heart of what we do. In this global role, you may need to travel from market to market.

The role will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we continue to expand our retail reach in Singapore and internationally over the next few years. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager under the Retail Centre of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito through this exhilarating phase.

**Main responsibilities**
- Retail Store Design Development_
- Ideate and execute concepts for in-store displays and store interiors
- Ensure that design proposals meet project objectives, day-to-day operational needs and cost expectations, with a strong focus on customer experience
- Create and develop retail fixtures to showcase a compelling presentation of visual merchandising that will engage customers and help to drive store traffic, seasonal sales performance and retail productivity
- Effectively and persuasively convey concepts and stories to stakeholders, supporting it with research and data where needed
- Efficiently guide and direct overseas teams to ensure successful replication and execution of concepts.
- Manage and direct external vendors, including interior designers and contractors, to ensure that consistency with overall image of the brand is well-maintained at
