What the role is
**What you will be working on**
- Lesson Preparation and Delivery: Prepare and conduct engaging and informative lessons on various media/platform, ensuring that the curriculum aligns with current legal practices and developments.
- Student Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate students' learning.
- Class and Student Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering open discussions, encouraging critical thinking, and addressing students' questions and concerns effectively.
- Student Development: Engage in activities to provide holistic education and development of student’s potential; Provide academic and pastoral guidance and support to students, assisting them in their academic pursuits and personal development.
- Industry Engagement: Foster relationships with members of the legal industry and other organizations to ensure teaching and learning relevance.
- Professional Development: Pursue continuous professional development opportunities to stay updated with emerging teaching methodologies and legal practices.
- Committee involvement: Participate and collaborate in work groups and committees on a Diploma, School or Polytechnic level.
**What we are looking for**
- Academic training in Law, Business or Computer Science/Engineering.
- Relevant experience in the legal industry or in a business or corporate position.
- Strong technology and digital skills including MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver complex legal concepts effectively.
- Forward looking, adaptable, collaborative outlook.
