**Job Summary**:
The Floor Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the restaurant's dining area, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and adherence to operational standards. The individual leads the floor team, addresses customer needs, and assists the management in achieving restaurant objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Oversight**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff during shifts.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set up according to the restaurant's standards.
- Monitor floor operations to ensure efficient and timely service.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate.

**Team Leadership**:

- Train, mentor, and motivate service staff to uphold high standards of service.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing manpower to ensure optimal coverage.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or coaching as needed.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure proper handling of food and beverages.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for staff and guests.

**Inventory and Supplies**:

- Monitor and manage the inventory of floor supplies, such as utensils, linens, and menus.
- Report shortages or maintenance issues to management promptly.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination of orders and service.
- Support the management team in implementing promotions, events, and special activities.
