Store & Logistics Supervisor (SINGAPOREANS ONLY)

Efficient resourcing of own vehicle fleet and vendor’s vehicles
- Understand site requests for vehicles and the terms and conditions related to each request.
- Familiarize oneself with different project sites and their particular site/ project conditions.
- Familiarize oneself with time required for different site activities in order to plan resources efficiently.
- Plan resourcing of own vehicles while using external logistic vendors to supplement. Reduce operation cost by full utilization of own vehicle fleet first.
- Work with the store supervisor/foreman of different stores to ensure inventory for graded stone, dust etc are well-stocked.
- Working with storeman and Purchaser to co-ordinate deliveries or pickup of goods.

2. In-house program ESMS
- Company uses an in-house customized software for sending purchase orders and requisition forms. Store & supervisor will provided training for ESMS.
- Process Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Monitor storemen’s entries on ESMS.
- Work closely with Purchaser on ESMS.

3. Inventory Management
- Work with Storemen and Purchaser to maintain certain items in the inventory such as tools and equipment.
- Ensure inventory is trackable and proper SOPs followed in the drawing out and return of tools and equipment.
- Regular report on site usage of tools, equipment and material. Understand how the inventory is being utilized on project sites. Report on wastage, damages etc.

4. Storemen & Drivers
- Ensuring only drivers only drive assigned vehicles unless otherwise instructed.
- Following SOP on vehicle handovers
- Participate in training or briefing for drivers. Identify training needs.
- Ensure drivers are properly qualified to enter project sites they need to enter and to carry out assigned tasks.
- Ensure drivers operate vehicles in a safe manner and takes care of their vehicle. Provide counselling/ warning to drivers when required.
- Planning drivers’ home leave to ensure smooth operations.
- Doing drivers’ and storemen yearly appraisal.
- Ensure Storemen follow SOP on stock-ins and stock outs and give accurate stocktake.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained with maintenance log records.

5. Vehicle maintenance and road-worthiness
- Ensure vehicles are well maintained and serviced according to schedule.
- Work with Receptionist to ensure vehicle road tax renewed on time.
- Ensure accidents are reported to office.
- Keen observation of vehicle’s condition such as any unreported new damages.

Qualifications & Required skills
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Intermediate level in Computer skills.
- Class 3 driver license and able to drive lorry.
- Familiar with regulations pertaining to different types of vehicles and qualifications required to operate them.
- Ability to effect a culture change
- Experience in construction industry will be favoured.
- Good time management skills.

Working hours:

- Mon-Sat: 8am-5pm

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $4,700.00 per month
