Play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and experience in the commercial banking sector. As a Customer Service Unit professional, you'll be responsible for servicing SME customers' service requests, gathering and extracting information for account reviews, and obtaining documents for account remediation. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as customer service, data analysis, and process improvement.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

- Be involved in process automation or enhancements to improve customer experience and turnaround time
- On-the-job training in processes and customer communications will be provided
