Network Configuration Manager

Kiwi Syslog Server
Server & Application Monitor
- Good understanding of SNMPv2, SNMPv3 and WMI.
- Good understanding of SQL Server setup and Clustering Method.
- Good understanding of SQL Replication
- Good understanding of SolarWinds Database Schema and SDK
- Good understanding of integration to 3rd Party such ServiceNow, Moogsoft, Grafana
- Good understanding of
- Able to articulate well to the client who are non-technical.
- Sufficient Network Knowledge to articulate about QoS, Network Traffic Flow, SNMP
- Understand the basic SNMP configuration for Common Network products such as: Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo-Alto, Fortinet
- Resourceful, knowing where to look for information.
- Able to work after office hours, or on weekends.
- Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.
- Polite and able to communicate well to the clients; client-oriented.
- Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Relevant technical certifications
