**Your Role**:
**Your Impact**:

- Participate in account planning meetings with Account Managers and Solutions Architects/Engineers
- Participate in customer meetings.
- Assist in demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Assist in documentation, proposal development and RFP responses.
- Gather detailed customer feedback to share with our product management and development teams
- Dedicate training time in one of the following technology disciplines
- Networking
- Systems
- Virtualization
- Databases
- Cloud (Azure/AWS)

**Your Experience**:

- Strong technical understanding in IT
- Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Curious and driven to understand
