**About the role**:
The role oversees the flow of advertising materials, campaigns, and communications between different teams and stakeholders in the advertising process. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required specifications.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Project Coordination:
Managing Campaign Timelines: Ensuring that all advertising materials, such as print ads and digital ads are delivered on schedule.
2. Collaboration & Communication:
- Liaising with Teams: Acting as a communication hub between creative, design, media, and production teams to make sure that advertising assets are developed and delivered according to plan.
- Client Interaction: Serves as a point of contact between the client and the advertising agency, making sure that client feedback and approvals are gathered and communicated effectively.Ensuring Clear Briefs: Making sure that all teams are working from the correct project briefs, and that any changes or updates are communicated clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
3. Media & Advertising Material Management:
- Traffic Scheduling: Managing the scheduling of ads in various media, whether it's print or digital. This includes ensuring that ads are delivered to printer or digital platforms on time.
- Monitoring Production Progress: Ensuring that advertising materials (e.g., banners, videos, social media ads) are produced in line with specifications and delivered on time for deployment.Asset Delivery: Ensuring the timely delivery of ad materials to the appropriate media outlets or online platforms, often following specific requirements for file formats and dimensions.
4. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving any delays, issues, or mistakes in the advertising process that may affect the timely delivery of materials.Handling Last-Minute Changes: Quickly adapting to last-minute requests or changes from clients or internal teams without derailing overall campaign timelines.
5. Reporting and Tracking:
- Monitoring Campaigns: Tracking the progress of advertising campaigns, including ensuring that all ads run as scheduled.
- Status Reporting: Providing regular updates to management or clients on the status of campaigns and projects.Analyzing Metrics: In some cases, may need to track campaign performance or work with analytics teams to assess how well campaigns are performing in different channels.
6. Administrative Tasks:
- Document Management: Keeping track of contracts, media buys and creative materials
- Budget Monitoring: Ensuring that the projects stay within budget, tracking costs associated with the production and placement of ads.
- Maintaining Schedules: Managing the production calendar to ensure that advertising deadlines are met.
