**Roles & Responsibilities
Unearthed Productions is seeking a dynamic and organized **Traffic Executive **to join our creative team.

As a Traffic Executive in our creative department, you will be responsible for coordinating the workflow of

the projects, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between creative teams,

clients and other stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize the flow of creative projects from inception to completion.
- Schedule and manage the workload of creative teams, ensuring projects are completed on time

and within budget.
- Act as a liaison between creative teams, clients, account managers, and production teams to

facilitate smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact timelines or

quality.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project status,

changes, and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Implement and optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

**Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Traffic Executive, Project Executive, or similar role in a creative

or advertising agency environment is required.
- Demonstrable experience managing total creative workflow, i.e, internal briefing, briefing to

vendors/studios, managing key milestones/deadlines.
- Proven project management skills
- Self-driven, organized and have an eye for detail
- Proficient with technology and tools
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames
- A hands-on, can do approach to solving problems
