- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the beauty cosmetics industry is highly desirable.
- A deep passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
