Collaborate with software engineers, system architects, and other stakeholders to integrate middleware components into the overall system architecture.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize middleware components to ensure high throughput, low latency, and reliable data transmission
- Monitor system resource utilization and performance trends to anticipate future capacity requirements. Propose and implement scalability enhancements to accommodate growing workloads. Incident Response and Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures

**Job Requirements**
- Min 3 years of proven experience as a Middleware engineer, with a focus on Red Hat JBoss, IBM WebSphere, and IBM MQ.
- Knowledge of IBM MQ messaging middleware, including queue managers, channels, and message queuing protocols.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving middleware-related issues in a production environment.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Shell, Python, or PowerShell).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications in Red Hat JBoss, IBM WebSphere, or IBM MQ preferred.
