**1. Architectural Design Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptual Design & Planning**: Develop architectural and interior designs for commercial and residential projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and safety.
- **Prepare Technical Drawings**: Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp) that outline dimensions, materials, and construction methods.
- **Building Code Compliance**: Ensure designs meet local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- **Space Planning**: Optimize layouts for both interior and exterior spaces, ensuring effective use of space.
- **Structural Coordination**: Work with engineers to ensure the design is structurally sound and feasible.
- **Design Documentation**: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other design teams (structural, mechanical, electrical) to integrate systems into the architectural design.

**2. Interior Design Responsibilities**:
**Design Conceptualization**: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior designs tailored to client needs.
- **Material and Finish Selection**: Choose appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes to align with the design vision and budget.
- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their style preferences, functional needs, and budgetary constraints.
- **3D Visuals & Presentations**: Develop 3D renderings, mood boards, and other visual aids to present design ideas.
- **Sketching and Visualizations**: Develop rough sketches or digital renderings to present design ideas to clients or project teams.
- **Detailing**: Provide detailed drawings for interior elements such as cabinetry, furnishings, and decorative features.

**3. Quantity Surveying Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Estimation**: Prepare accurate cost estimates for both architectural and interior design elements based on project drawings and specifications.
- **Budget Development**: Create and maintain project budgets, ensuring that design choices are within financial constraints.
- **Tendering**: Prepare tender documents, invite bids from contractors and suppliers, and evaluate proposals.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor project costs throughout the design and construction phases, identifying and addressing potential cost overruns.
- **Procurement Management**: Oversee the procurement process for materials, services, and labor, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- **Progress Payments**: Assess work completed and manage payments to contractors and suppliers, ensuring that financial transactions are handled appropriately.

**4. Project Management & Coordination**:

- **Scheduling & Timelines**: Develop project schedules, coordinating timelines for design, procurement, and construction.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with other designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment across all project elements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that the quality of work meets design specifications and standards for both architecture and interior design.
- **5. Client & Stakeholder Communication**:

- Client Updates: Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, design changes, budget status, and construction progress.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain communication with stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, consultants) to ensure all aspects of the project are coordinated and aligned.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
