**What the role is**
The Deputy Director will be responsible to oversee a team that is responsible for the day-to-day case management of Covid-19 cases. The incumbent will be in charge of 2 key Data Teams in Case Management Task Force (CMTF)/Case Management Task Group (CMTG):
- Case Generation and Policy Implementation Team comprising (1) Case Tasking Team, (2) Case Reporting & Monitoring Team, (3) Data Investigation Team and (4) Coding Team and (5) Policy Implementation (Data) Team.
- Case Data Operations Management Team comprising (1) Case Admission Team, (2) Case Assessment (Recovered Person, Travelers, SHN and etc), (3) Isolation Facilities (CTF/CIF) Data Team and (4) Discharge Management Team.
You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
**What you will be working on**
- Work with key agencies to ensure the accuracy of data needs (CMTF, including CMTG, HRTG, ACE/MOM and other MOH agencies and external agencies) required for case management, this includes acquiring and maintaining quality data, tasking, distributing, monitoring data in a secure and timely manner.
- Support the development of implementation plans for case management of Covid cases in line with the national Covid policies (admission, tasking/assignment, discharge management, traveller’s policies, recovered person and others) and related operational plans.
- Collate and report data (including analysing of data where required) to support CSOG/MOH daily Covid reporting for Covid patients within MOH isolation facilities and other special groups (Prisons and Nursing Homes etc.). This include maintaining of the PUIO Masterlist, Discharge Management Log and supporting the conveyance of COVID-19 cases by CMTG to isolation facilities and case management of patients in isolation facilities.
- Responsible for the daily case data support for tasking/monitoring/reporting of daily Covid cases home recovery, community isolation facilities, treatment facilities, hospitals, and Dorm in-situ Isolation.
- Lead the team to provide all relevant data to be interfaced across IT systems (CMB, CMS, ZenDesk and others) to ensure smooth case management of all Covid cases.
- Ensure effective implementation of all MOH policies relating to management of COVID-19 patients from home recovery to treatment in facilities (including liasing with ACE/MOM and special group (Prison/Nursing Home etc) for in-situ recovery).
- Responsible in the management of inter-agency issues between MOM-MOH with reference to the MDW/MW Management (Dorm In-situ Recovery, admission/onboarding and discharge matters)
- Implementation of human resource planning and recruitment, that includes the administrative implementation in CDC. This includes onboarding and training development plans for the functional teams.
- Conduct any other tasks as required by Dir CMTF/CMTG and higher HQs
**What we are looking for**
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing a team of at least 70 staff would be advantageous.
- Good analytical skills and forward-thinking
- Possess good time/priority management
- Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills
- Possess good people and networking skills demonstrating strong key stakeholder management experience
- Able to work shift duties and weekend when required
