As a Senior Manager People & Organization, the role would involve overseeing and managing various aspects of human resources management and operations within the fast-paced and innovative FinTech industry. This position combines the responsibilities of a HR Generalist with a focus on HR operations management. Will report to the Head of People & Organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- 1. HR Operations Strategy: Develop and implement HR operations strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Ensure that HR operations processes and systems support the company's growth and scalability.
- 3. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution. Foster positive employee relations and engagement.
- 4. Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance appraisals, and providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations.
- 5. Total Rewards: Manage employee total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits administration, employee well-being, recognition & reward, and work environment.
- 6. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires and departing employees. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transitions.
- 7. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards.
- 8. HR Data and Reporting: Manage HR data and analytics, including employee records, benefits information, compensation data, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports and provide insights to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
- 9. Process Improvement and Efficiency: Continuously assess and improve HR processes, identifying areas for automation, standardization, and streamlining. Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 10. HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead or participate in various HR projects and initiatives, such as implementing HRIS systems, improving HR processes, or supporting organizational development efforts. Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
- 11. Team Management and Development: Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR team.
- 12. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives are effectively communicated and integrated into business operations.
- 13. HR Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR service providers, such as recruitment agencies, payroll & employee management software vendors, benefits providers, and background check agencies. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
**Requirements**:
- 1. A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
