Our client is a well-established local company headquartered at **TAI SENG **area. They are a leading supplier of printing and packaging solutions, turnkey software manufacturing, value chain management services, 3rd party logistics, reverse logistics & distribution to multinational clients worldwide. Due to their expansion, they are currently looking for an **ERP SYSTEMS LEAD/MANAGER
**Work location: Near Tai Seng MRT**
**Work days: 5 days week, Mondays - Fridays 8.30am - 5.45pm
Job Scope:

- To provide directions for implementation of business systems that serve the organisations business strategies.
- To oversee and manage a team of engineers and developers in the deployment and support of the organisation’s business systemsTo understand customers’ needs and implement the new capabilities to fulfil users’ requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead a team of support engineers and developers to provide operations support to the users in the use of ERP system. This includes managing the team to provide level 1 and 2 support, attending to daily operations issue and requests, and providing technical advisory to resolve systems and operations issues.
- Understand the existing and future operation’s needs and plan for system upgrade and/or acquisition of new systems to support the organisation’s strategic business objectives.
- Understand system lifecycle management and processes and ensure all system implementation, development, support adhere to the organisation’s defined processes and industry best practices.Plan and manage the team members support activities, training and career development to fulfil their respective roles in the organisation

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of working experience, of which 5 years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
- Led in at least 2 IT implementation or development projects, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Turnkey Manufacturing.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Project planning and control skills to enable expedient rollout of salient business systemsAble to lead IT professionals, contract resources and system users.
