- End-to-end management of functional training programs, including instructor-led training and e-learning courses for Product and Engineering teams
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify training needs and build a catalogue of learning content according to business needs
Develop e-learning using Articulate 360 and/or Articulate Rise, including conceptualising visuals/storyboards based on requirements and raw content from content experts
- Perform editorial and User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure e-learning coursewares are free of errors
- Build a pool of trainers and experts and empower them to deliver high-quality training and create positive learning experiences
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant projects/L&D experience preferred
- Highly meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to produce good quality routine work within assigned deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging multiple stakeholders
- Positive working attitude and a strong team player
- Passionate about promoting a culture of continuous learning
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) is a plus
- Prior experience using other e-learning authoring tools/graphic design/storyboarding/scripting is a plus
