The Law Firm is established Greece wiht a wide international network and correspondent relationships with overseas law offices throughout the globe.

**TSES **main core business is providing specialise escrow services for ship sale and purchase transactions worldwide both in the new building and the secondary market.

This opportunity would benefit applicants interested in gaining exposure to international maritime sector and global shipping industry.

**Daily work will be**:

- To daft, review and reply to Escrow Agreement / Memorandum of Agreement
- To draft, review and reply to any delivery docs of the buyer and/or the seller.
- To attend closing meeting (physical or virtual)

**Requirements for Associates**
- Between 1 to 4 years PQE.
- Experience in Corporate & Commercial law practice
- Written and oral fluency in Chinese will be an advantage but not mandatory due to the nature of our clientele.
