**IT Senior Manager (PMO)**

To implement IT strategy through Digital Transformation and provide members with better access to client’s products and services.
- Have business analysis experience in interacting with stakeholders;
- Evaluate business needs, recommend and design solutions for the betterment of productivity and efficiency of the organization with the use of information technology at all the clubs so as to increase members’ convenience and bring client’s services to meet the business needs;
- Ensures business continuity as well as responsible for the day-to-day smooth functioning and availability of key operation systems such as finance, membership, bookings and registrations, etc.;
- Document key IT procedures and standards to meet ISO 9001 requirements;
- Contribute to the development of IT strategies to align with the organisational strategies;
- Work with projects and infrastructure teams to ensure prompt and timely delivery of IT services and system;
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast pace environment;
- Any other tasks / responsibilities assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Must have relevant experience with e-commerce, Kiosk, POS, mobile platforms and CRM systems;
- Experienced in payment modules like e-payment, QR and API gateway and micro services;
- Experienced with e-services like e-notification, e-voucher, e-card, redemption of membership points;
- An advantage to have experience or knowledge in MS AX, ERP, club membership systems.
