Singapore KALLANG ALIVE SPORT MANAGEMENT CO PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Follow up with designated departments and/ or escalate issues to supervisors to ensure timely and appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer feedback and enquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions, including lost and found items, in the CRM system according to the established criteria and guidelines
- Update notice and display boards with the public activities/ events conducted within the premises, and the appropriate environmental and service information
- Perform administrative tasks that include preparation of customer care reports, management of office inventory and submission of billing-related documents
- Update and improvise Standard Operating Procedures and training materials
- Identify improvements and propose recommendations to enhance customer experience
- Handle facility bookings, programme registrations and over-the-counter payment collections
- Perform daily settlements and financial reconciliations for revenue submissions Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned or needed

**Skills**
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in handling Point-Of-Sales system
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and takes pride in delivering high quality work Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels and above. Prior 1 - 2 years of working experience in customer service industry would be advantageous.
- Prior sports and entertainment industry experience preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
- Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays as required
- Commit to at least 3 shifts, including 1 weekend shift, within a week
